SKANEATELES, N.Y. — A Skaneateles man is being honored as an Exceptional Community Volunteer.
Frank Moran is with the American Red Cross as a blood courier, bringing donated blood to centers throughout Upstate New York. He also volunteers with Catholic Charities and teaching young children to read.
Both agencies nominated Moran for the United Way Exceptional Community Volunteer Award.
