- Blend of 40% Reisling, 25% Pinot Gris, 20% Cayuga White, and 15% Chardonnay
- Chardonnay was barrel fermented in American Oak “sur lie” for 3 months, the balance of the wine was tank fermented
- Tank aged for 6 months
- 100% Finger Lakes
- 287 cases bottled July 2007
- 1% RS (residual sugar)
- 12.0% alcohol
- $13.95 per bottle
