Anyela’s Vineyards 2006 Avail is the featured wine this week. Avail provides an abundance of fruit with a long, lingering, smooth finish.

  • Blend of 40% Reisling, 25% Pinot Gris, 20% Cayuga White, and 15% Chardonnay
  • Chardonnay was barrel fermented in American Oak “sur lie” for 3 months, the balance of the wine was tank fermented
  • Tank aged for 6 months
  • 100% Finger Lakes
  • 287 cases bottled July 2007
  • 1% RS (residual sugar)
  • 12.0% alcohol
  • $13.95 per bottle
