Bonita Shear and Elaine Wolf Steinberg will appear on the Bridge Street TV show this Wednesday, August 6th, 2008. Bonita Shear lives in Skaneateles and is a CFR and reiki practitioner. Elaine works at CNY Healing Arts Center, owned by Dr. Robert Kiltz. She works as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, organizes and designs workshops and also teaches Nia classes. They will be discussing an upcoming Dr. Rob Workshop that is to be held at CNY Healing Arts. The workshop is titled “The Healing Powers of Essential Oils” and will be held August 23rd from 1:30PM-4:30PM.
They will perform a demonstration on Bridge Street with some of the essential oils: joy, thieves, and frankincense. These oils can be used orally, topically, or with a diffuser. In general, joy helps increase happiness and minimize depression. Thieves kills bacteria and viruses and frankincense increases mental clarity and spiritual awareness.
