Features “Made in New York” wines, cheeses and specialty appetizers.
Creekside Coffeehouse offers another way to “indulge, enjoy and linger” this summer with a new Wine & Appetizer Menu featuring “Made in New York” wines, cheeses and specialty appetizers. Open from noon until closing every day of the week, Creekside’s Wine & Appetizer Menu features fine wines from popular Anyela’s Vineyards on Skaneateles Lake and Cayuga Lake’s Swedish Hill Vineyard’s gold medal winning Semi-Dry Riesling. Sonama Vineyard’s “kiss of fruit” Merlot, a diva red Pinot Noir from Sonoma’s Russian River Valley and Rex Goliath’s hearty Cabernet are the selected wines from sunny California. Italy’s vibrant Campanile Pinot Grigio and Argentina’s flavorful Chardonnay from Alamos, round out the summer wine list.
Selected to pair with these fine wines is a “Made in New York” Cheese Plate with an all-natural cheese assortment from Murano Cheese in Waterloo and River Rat Cheese from the Thousand Islands (grapes and an assortment of crackers and nuts accompany this plate). Savory Pine Nut & Olive Biscotti with Red Pepper Feta is also on the menu as well as a fresh Spinach & Artichoke Dip served with Pita Chips. Be sure to try the Specialty Pizzas made with rustic pizza crust from Patisserie, the artisan bakery in Skaneateles. Pizza choices include Pesto, Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella (with sausage as an option) and Spicy Chipotle Chicken with Jack Cheese & Sour Cream Lime and Cilantro Dressing.
