The retreat will be held at picturesque Stella Maris Retreat Center on Skaneateles Lake.
Schedule of Events:
Friday
4pm-5:30pm: Arrival and check-in
5:45pm: Orientation meeting (meet in yoga room)
6pm-8:30pm: Miami Beach Power Yoga and introduction to yoga philosophy
8:30pm: Group dinner (light vegetarian)
Saturday
8:00am-9am: Breakfast
9am-10am: Four Main Paths of Yoga (lecture/discussion)
10am-Noon: Miami Beach Power Yoga
Noon-1pm: Lunch
1pm-3pm: Rest, break, swimming, free time
3pm-5:30pm: Introduction to Pranayama and Transformational Breathing
6pm-7pm: Group dinner
7pm-8:30pm: Group gathering (Satsang- participation is optional)
Sunday
8am-9am: Breakfast
9am-Noon: Yoga, partner yoga, and hands on assists to feel great
Noon-1pm: Light goodbye lunch
1pm: Depart
All inclusive package includes 2 nights accommodations (private room with shared bathroom), 6 vegetarian meals, 11 hours yoga instruction with Paul, and full access to beautiful, lakeside Stella Maris Retreat Center!

After July 15: $395
Friday Only: $60 (includes dinner)
Saturday Only: $150 (includes lunch & dinner)
Sunday Only: $60 (includes lunch)
Single Day options will be sold only after August 20 on a space available, waiting list basis. The best way to assure your attendance at this event is to commit to the entire weekend, even if you live nearby! This way the group is consolidated and participants enjoy the fill “retreat” benefits!
