“Have things happened in your life you didn’t expect? Are you feeling overwhelmed, and don’t know where to turn? I provide a comfortable, nurturing environment for us to talk. My style is sensitive, yet direct, because I want to help you feel better quickly. For 15 years I have helped women and men, teens and children, and couples and families. I believe we all have strengths. Together we will find your strength and make our way through the problems that worry you.
And so whether you’re feeling down or scared, angry or unsure, I can help. I have encountered people with all sorts of problems. Whether your situation involves emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, addiction, loss, trauma, or concern for family members, I can provide the support and guidance you need.
It can be tough making that first call or email. Once you take the step everything will become clearer. I’m happy to speak with you on the phone first before scheduling, and I’ll return your call within the next business day. I look forward to speaking with you!”

In therapy, I provide a nurturing, caring environment for you to better understand the fears and difficulties that may contribute to feeling separated and disconnected. My goal is to assist you to improve your mental health, heal past wounds, and better understand how you can be stronger and healthier.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who experience anxiety, depression, chronic illness or infidelity. In therapy, I encourage you to better understand the emotions that hold you back, to allow you to become a more complete, healthy person.”
