John Lozowsky, of Skaneateles, always had faith that US troops would kill Osama bin Laden.

His son, also John Lozowsky, 45, was killed on Sept. 11, 2001 while working on the 95th floor of 1 World Trade Center. A 1974 Skaneateles High School graduate, the younger Lozowsky had served in the Air Force before starting a career in computing that took him from New Zealand to New York City, his father said. He was a graduate of the University of Albany.

The elder Lozowsky said he was watching the television program CSI when President Obama came on TV to announce bin Laden’s death Sunday.
