As we celebrate our 4th Annual Finger Lakes Lavender Festival, the festival can’t happen without a great group of volunteers. The festival is a two-day event, with many opportunities for volunteers to find a time that fits their schedule. There are two shifts of 4 hrs each day; you can work one or more shifts per day. As a volunteer you will be giving directions, information on our demonstrations and workshops, help with parking and road crossing, taking payment for u-pick bouquets and instructions on cutting and drying lavender. You’ll meet people young and old, share stories and information about our farm and the Finger Lakes region, training will be provided.

So, if you are free July 9th or 10th, come join us for what promises to be an unforgettable event and expected to be the largest Lavender Festival in New York! All volunteers will receive a Festival T-shirt, a discount coupon for use at the festival with Joelle’s French Bistro, a invitation to the Festival Wrap-up Party and the appreciation of the Lockwood Farm family.

Please email us at if you are interested and we will send you details.
