This past Saturday, December 19th, 2009, about 50 women and men spent the day with Dr. Rob and Bonita at the lovely Stella Maris Retreat Center. It was a Winter Solstice Day Retreat and such a lovely relaxing time was had by all. We spent time connecting with one another, sharing positive words and thoughts, meditating, stretching and sharing very useful tools on how to live your Best Life. Dr. Rob has been sharing his positive thinking ideas and words around the CNY area for almost 2 years now. Bonita is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher who holds classes at Stella Maris Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm.

It’s that time of the month, everything in Bijou has (or will be soon) turned pink! Last year at this time, we raised over $1000 for the national breast cancer foundation. Bijou made the commitment to donate 10% of our service sales to help find a cure for breast cancer. I believe every little bit helps! So keep in mind, every dollar you spend at Bijou for the month of October, 10% will go to finding a cure! Thanks, once again for participating! I would really love any suggestions for where is the best place to send it, last year I just did the national breast cancer foundation, but am open to any great suggestions!
Be sure to keep up on our blog, we keep adding exciting news and coverage for the Pink cow bingo, any questions…just ask us, we’ll find the answers for you! PLUS we have tickets, stop in and buy one or two or five! And if you really enjoy reading the blog, subscribe to it, then it will just magically appear in your email inbox, ready for you to read…although the music is missing when you do it that way
Thank you so much for always helping with any request we have. Everyone has always been so supportive and it is my great honor to use Bijou as a “vehicle” to raise money for very special causes! Remember it is not how much you give, because trust me, every little tiny bit helps and believe me when I say, when you give..it comes back ten-fold!
Yours truly,
Kim Baker

Dr. Robert Kiltz, Director of CNY Fertility Center and CNY Healing Arts Center, would like to extend a warm invitation to join him for a thought provoking discussion on life and how to live each and every day in a positive way.
Dr. Kiltz will show you how to create your own Vision Board to use as a motivational and inspirational tool. A Vision Board is nothing more than a poster board with a collage of photos, words, phrases, etc. glued to it.
This collage is used as a visual tool to help us to focus on the positive things in our lives and strive toward the goals we wish to achieve. If we can visualize it, we can obtain it! This meeting is free and all are welcome to join and share. Space is limited so please register via email at events@robertkiltz.com or call Chris Briel at 315.378.7317.
