New Skaneateles Chiropractor, Dr. Neil Vance of Dr. Vance’s Family Chiropractic, will be participating in the Skaneateles Health & Wellness Fair at the Skaneateles Community Center on Saturday, March 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Dr. Vance will be focusing on a free children’s scoliosis screening and handing out free healthy living bags filled with free products and samples of healthy products to the first 50 people who stop by his booth.
“There has been an increase of children complaining of neck, shoulder and back pain in the last few years,” said Dr. Neil Vance. “I suggest children ages 5 to 15 be screened for structural scoliosis/abnormal biomechanical problems that can be managed more easily the younger the problem is caught.”

The deadline to install drain covers that are ANSI/ASME compliant was Dec. 19, which many were unaware of, said Director Matt Major.”

–Blood inventory is at a less than three-day supply level, according to the American Red Cross. Today, Assemblyman Will Barclay urged eligible people to donate blood to help save lives.
“The summer months are typically difficult for the Red Cross as donations tend to dip. However, the need still remains critical and strong,” said Barclay.
Certain blood types are at lower levels than others. Below are some of the locations where people can donate blood throughout the next month.
