Skaneateles Sunrise Rotary Club announces Winterfest 2010 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, January 30 throughout the Village of Skaneateles and at the State Street School campus.

Every January the Skaneateles Sunrise Rotary Club helps the Skaneateles community celebrate the snowy season through the coordination of its annual Winterfest, inviting area residents to enjoy a winter day in our village.

Skaneateles Sunrise Rotary coordinates the mid-winter celebration as a service to our local community.  Net proceeds from related fundraising will support Rotary service projects and other charitable causes, including Rotary Youth Exchange, Rotary Group Study Exchange, the Ecumenical Food Pantry, Sea Scouts, the Skaneateles Eurasian Milfoil Eradication project, Water Projects and The Rotary Foundation, and other worthwhile charitable causes and projects.

Events at Winterfest 2010 will be centered throughout the Village Center and at State Street School’s campus.

State Street School Campus
The Skaneateles Community Center will host a number of activities for individuals of all ages.
