My daughters have been attending the Skaneateles HS Talent Show for years, we have some very good talent right here in our own back yards. Thanks to John Buterbaugh we can sample some of that local talent below in a few videos he captured last night at the show. Visit John’s You Tube Channel to see more.

Whether you enjoyed this past years event, Pink Cow Bingo, and wish to reminisce, or you missed the event and want a little peak at all the fun that was had, enjoy the video below.
P.S. I believe you can hear the sounds of Dusty Pas’cal singing and playing his guitar in the background and Jim Rinehart did indeed win the election

Tops Markets of Buffalo will submit a bid in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del., for nearly all of P&C Foods parent The Penn Traffic Co.’s assets today or tomorrow, according to two union officials at a rally today.
Also check out syracuse.com’s P&C Data Center page here. This page provides information relating to specific stores, including not only the store’s “official status,” but also “other reports” relating to specific P&C branches. It even includes the status of the shelves for some branches (stocked/empty/etc). Very informative. For example, the “other reports” column for the Skaneateles branch reports:
“Customers are noting more empty shelf space as the bankruptcy case goes forward. More dead spots are being filled with Food Club store-brand items, replacing national brands. There are empty endcaps and impulse-buy bins. Store remains nice, but bankruptcy appears to be taking a toll on stock.”

For those of you that couldn’t make the show, here’s Dusty Pas’cal playing with Danny Wells at Jazz Central, December 19th, 2009. The title of the song is “Love Again.”

The first Dusty Pas’cal song I ever heard is Brother John. I absolutely love the slow, soulful sound it exudes. Below is his music video of a live performance at Redhouse in Syracuse, NY. If you like it you should join him for his Thanksgiving Eve Concert. Details here
